1. General Return & Exchange Rule

For orders without quality problems, no returns or exchanges will be accepted. Please carefully confirm the style, size and related product information before placing an order.

2. Wrong Style/Order Modification Instruction

If you place a wrong order or select the incorrect style, please contact our customer service immediately after placing your order. You can follow the customer service guidance to re-place your order or apply for order information modification.

3. Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Situation

Once the logistics shipment is dispatched, or you have received the goods, no order modification, return or exchange service will be provided for personal reasons. Please communicate with our customer service in a timely manner if you have any questions before shipment.

4. Unsuitable Size After Receipt

If the product size is unsuitable after you receive the item, please contact our customer service promptly. Our team will provide you with a reasonable solution according to the actual situation.

5. Damaged Package Upon Delivery

If you receive the package with external damage, extrusion or breakage, please record a complete unboxing video from opening the package to checking the products, and contact our customer service immediately for after-sales processing.

6. Returned Product Inspection & Compensation Rule

All returned products will be strictly inspected by our warehouse team. If the returned product is damaged, worn, artificially destroyed, or inconsistent with the original shipped product (including different styles, quantities and accessories), we have the right to refuse the refund and claim compensation for the losses incurred.

7. After-Sales Reminder

All after-sales applications must be initiated in a timely manner. Any delayed feedback that causes unable verification shall be deemed as personal responsibility. Please check your order and goods carefully during shopping and receiving.
