HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE?
Most Golden Goose sneakers fit true to size. For the best fit, refer to our detailed size guide, which includes foot length measurements and regional size conversions. If you have wide feet, we recommend sizing up half a size for styles like the Super-Star, which runs slightly narrow.
CAN I ADD OR REMOVE ITEMS TO/FROM MY ORDER?
Order modifications (adding or removing items) can only be made before your order is processed for shipping. Once the order has been confirmed and prepared for dispatch, no changes can be made. Please contact customer service immediately if you need to adjust your order.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR MULTIPLE PAIRS?
Yes. If you purchase two pairs or more at one time, you can enjoy a 20% discount on the whole order. This discount applies to all in-stock styles and can also be used together with regular seasonal promotions.
WHY DO MY NEW GOLDEN GOOSE SHOES LOOK WORN OR DIRTY?
The “lived‑in” look is the signature design of Golden Goose. Scuffs, faded paint, and slight yellowing on white leather are all intentional craftwork. This pre‑distressed finish is handmade, and every pair is unique. It will look more stylish as you wear it over time.
ARE GOLDEN GOOSE SHOES COMFORTABLE FOR ALL-DAY WEAR?
The new shoes will feel a little stiff at first due to thick premium leather. After 3 to 5 wears, the shoes will be fully broken in. Equipped with thick padded insoles and supportive heel design, they are comfortable enough for daily walking and all‑day wear. Please note that they are casual fashion shoes, not professional sports shoes, so they are not suitable for running or strenuous exercise.
HOW DO I CLEAN AND MAINTAIN MY GOLDEN GOOSE SNEAKERS?
For leather and suede surfaces, use a soft brush paired with mild neutral detergent for partial cleaning. Do not soak the whole shoe or use strong chemical cleaners. Gently wipe the rubber sole with a damp cloth, and never use bleach to avoid damaging the vintage yellowed effect. Styles with glitter and decorations can only be spot cleaned. Do not machine wash. When not in use, stuff the shoes with tissue paper and store them in a cool and dry place to keep the shoe shape.
I BOUGHT THE WRONG SIZE. CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
Yes, we offer size exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process. Note that personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for exchange.
