Cash on Delivery Service Instruction

1.Our store supports Cash on Delivery as the payment method. You do not need to complete any online prepayment when placing orders. All payment shall be settled face-to-face with our delivery staff upon receipt of your goods.

2.Before delivery is arranged, our logistics staff will actively contact you via phone or message to confirm your available receiving time, delivery address and order information in advance. Please keep your phone unblocked and respond to the logistics staff in a timely manner to avoid failed delivery due to unreachable contact.

3.Please prepare enough cash change in advance before signing for the parcel. Our delivery personnel may not carry sufficient small change for large bills, which will cause delays during payment and goods handover.

4.Kind reminder: Payment must be fully completed before you sign and take possession of the package. You can only open and check your items after finishing the payment procedure with the delivery worker.

5.If you fail to prepare cash upon arrival of delivery, the logistics team reserves the right to postpone the delivery or take the goods back temporarily. You will need to reschedule a new delivery time after you get ready for the full payment.
